Located directly on the sand at Sealegs at the Beach at Bolsa Chica State Beach, this one-of-a-kind oceanfront venue offers a setting where the Pacific becomes your backdrop and the shoreline becomes your canvas. With panoramic coastal views, ocean breezes, and a relaxed yet polished atmosphere, it delivers an experience that feels both elevated and effortlessly Southern California.
The venue spans approximately one acre and features a versatile mix of sand and concrete surfaces, allowing for dynamic layouts, custom floorplans, and flexible guest flow. A permanent stage anchors the space, making it ideal for live entertainment, ceremonies, presentations, premieres, and performances.

The venue features a large fixed stage ready for personalized event signage, creating a customizable focal point for performances, presentations, or celebrations. The space also includes two built-in firepits surrounded by Adirondack chairs, offering relaxed gathering areas for guests.
Throughout the venue, covered cabana-style sections provide shaded lounge spaces and natural areas for guests to gather.
The majority of the venue is set directly on the sand, giving the entire space a laid-back, beachside atmosphere while still offering thoughtful built-in infrastructure for events.
This venue is available weekdays during Spring & Summer seasons, and allowscMonday-Sunday access during Fall & Winter. Clients may reserve a portion of the venue or host a full buyout. This flexibility allows for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events, with scalable layouts tailored to your guest count and vision.
Onsite catering is available, offering curated menus designed to complement the beachfront experience. The venue is fully licensed to serve alcohol, with professional beverage service available for hosted bars, specialty cocktails, and custom drink packages.
We typically allow licensed and insured outside vendors for private events. All outside vendors must be submitted to PRJKT for approval prior to booking to ensure alignment with venue standards and operational requirements.
All parking is managed through California State Parks. Private events may pre-book parking directly with State Parks representatives. Otherwise, each vehicle will be charged upon arrival at the parking kiosk prior to entering the parking lots.
